As a proud member of the JLHS Forensics Speech and Debate team, you know firsthand the incredible impact this program has on both students and the wider community. JLHS Friends of Forensics is an alumni-driven initiative dedicated to supporting our program, which fosters confidence, critical thinking, and leadership.
We’re thrilled to announce the fourth annual JLHS Forensics Alumni “All In!” the fourth annual Fundraising Campaign, aligned with Giving Tuesday.
Now more than ever…
Unfortunately, our program continues to face significant financial challenges due to a lack of funding. Only 7% of families were able to contribute in 2025-26. Our annual expenses total $375,000, covering essential costs, including:
Coaches’ Payroll: $102,000
Tournament Transportation: $75,000
Tournament Lodging: $60,000
Tournament Admission Fees: $23,000
Books, Supplies, Subscriptions, Trophies: $13,000
We hope you will go “All In!” with us to help students pursue their personal, academic, and professional goals through JLHS Forensics. Your generous support will enable students to gain national stage experience, develop lifelong skills, and build the confidence to speak on issues that matter. Go “All In” with a donation of just $350 to cover admission fees for one student to attend five tournaments.
